PaddleZlam has become widely accepted into Physical Education programs throughout the country. Physical education professionals have embraced the game and have quickly found ways to modify the game to encompass even the youngest of age groups. PaddleZlam is an action-packed game where 4 people, 2 teams of 2, compete with one another by hitting a pickleball into or against a plastic gaming cone. PaddleZlam is the perfect indoor/outdoor activity to create some friendly competition and to get your students to enjoy exercising again.

Title: Birdie in the Cage-Underhand Serves

Description:

This activity is called Birdie in the Cage. The object of the activity is to practice underhand serves and to become more accurate when the birdie is served. The first partner will stand on the poly spot and serve the birdie with a swing low to high, trying to strike it into the hoop or the poly spot inside of the hoop. The other partner retrieves the birdies. After a set period of time, the partners will switch roles.
