This is an interactive running pace calculator. Students can enter key pieces of data to determine their pace or their distance. Pace calculators are useful for both new runners and expert runners. Whether someone is running their first race, trying to PR, or going on a training run, knowing their pace can help them train and run better.

The purpose of this activity is to get students' heart rates elevated using a gamified approach. This resource comes with a "fit deck" of cards. Students will complete the activities on the cards in a relay-like activity.

Creative Mode Fitness is a fun and vigorously active way to teach students critical fitness concepts and basic fitness planning. It’s designed to be used with heart rate monitor technology—preferably a team heart rate monitoring system, such as Polar GoFit.

The main objective of this module is to teach students fundamental fitness concepts through fun and vigorously active learning activities. Students will produce safe and appropriate training routines in a group setting, as well as personal Tabata routines that they can perform safely at home.
