Overview:

School running clubs are an excellent, low-cost way to encourage physical fitness in a fun club environment. This resource contains suggestions to consider as you get your club started or ideas you may incorporate into existing running clubs.  

Even if you are not considering a running club at your school, this resource includes games and activities you could use within your physical education program that teach the components of running.
