Overview:

Cardio drumming is a great cardiovascular activity that improves rhythm and directionality. Here are 6 videos you can use in class: #1 is a warm-up, #2 is just plain fun, #3 gives more stick use ideas, #4 is a classic, #5 is a great workout and #6 is more advanced.
