Overview:

The purpose of this activity is to practice working together as a team while playing both offense and defense. Works nicely with a Handball unit because it allows students to focus on passing, blocking, and strategies.

Physical Education PE (2019) Grade: 8	8-1.2) Throw using the proper form for distance or power appropriate to the activity during small-sided game play. APE accommodation suggestions: Provide a variety of sizes, shapes, textures, and inflation levels of objects to make throwing more successful; use ball launchers.
