This activity provides a peer assessment checklist sheet. It can be photocopied and laminated. This resource provides students with a checklist to follow to ensure students know the correct way to throw a discuss as well as a method to provide feedback to fellow students.

Content Standard(s):

Physical Education PE (2019) Grade: 6	6-1.2) Throw using the proper form for distance or power appropriate to the practice task. Examples: bocce, horseshoes, baseball, softball APE accommodation suggestions: Provide a variety of sizes, shapes, textures, and inflation levels of objects to make throwing more successful; use ball launchers.
