This free resource from Open Online Physical Education Network contains a variety of activities, assessments, lesson plans, and planning tools designed to teach kids to learn to love fitness running. 

This alignment results from the ALEX Health/PE COS Resource Alignment Summit.

Note:  Open Online Physical Education Network is a free resource, but teachers need to create a free account to access the resources available.
